Registration Fees
The early bird registration fee can be paid until March 30, 2024. All the presenting authors must register and pay the corresponding fees by May 31, 2024.
For a paper to be included in the proceedings of the conference, at least one registration fee must be paid for and assigned to that paper. Each registration fee can only be assigned to one paper/presentation.

Each participant, including authors, is expected to pay the corresponding registration fee.

Accompanying Person 160,00 € 160,00 €
The Regular fee and Student fee includes a USB drive with the conference program and conference proceedings, admission to all technical sessions, lunches during the conference, and admission to the conference reception and the banquet.
The Accompanying Person fee includes conference dinner and reception.
Student Fees: Student rate attendees must email to the secretariat a letter from their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student. The registration process will only proceed after the email of this document.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman. If it is received prior to April 01, 2024, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of €75. No refund can be made after May 01, 2024
